世界平和統一家庭連合（旧統一教会、家庭連合）への解散命令請求は不当であり、宗教界の危機であるとして、「信教の自由と人権を守るシンポジウム」千葉県大会（主催・同千葉県民の会）が20日、千葉市内で開かれ、約３００人が参加した。登壇者の一人で、主の羊クリスチャン教会の中川晴久牧師は、「カルト」というレッテル貼りが行われやすい日本の背景について、「オウム真理教事件の記憶とトラウマが利用されている。宗教界がその傷を癒やさないといけない」と訴えた。

中川牧師は、家庭連合信者を強制棄教させるために拉致監禁を実行してきた、いわゆる「脱会屋」が家庭連合信者の母親に「子供を放置するとオウムのように加害者になってしまう」と脅していたと指摘。その上で、オウム事件の「傷を癒やすためには『総括』が必要だが、でたらめを流し、脱会ビジネスへと利用してきた人たちに任せてはいけない」と強調した。
東京地裁で非公開で行われている解散命令請求の審理について、国際弁護士の中山達樹氏は、法律的には教団の解散はあり得ないが、「裁判は法律だけでは動かない。政治や世論の影響を受ける」と分析。さらに「皆さんの力が必要だ。リスクを取れる人は前に出て、できない人はできる人の応援をしてほしい」と聴衆に呼び掛けた。
このほか、来賓を代表して登壇した浜田聡参院議員は「（家庭連合について）まだ知らないことがたくさんある。拉致監禁のことはよく知らなかったし、解散命令請求も法人への税制優遇がなくなるだけだと思っていた。国会にも伝えていきたい」とあいさつした。浜田議員は12日の参院総務委員会で文部科学省に対し、家庭連合が受けた強制棄教による被害について質問している。
家庭連合信者による信教の自由をテーマにした集会は昨年来、全国各地で行われているが、現役国会議員が参加したのは初めて。（宗教と政治取材班）

Regarding the hearing on the request for a dissolution order, which is being held behind closed doors at the Tokyo District Court, international lawyer Tatsuki Nakayama said that legally it is impossible for the cult to be disbanded, but ``courts cannot be moved by the law alone.Politics and public opinion ``It is affected by this.'' He further appealed to the audience, ``We need everyone's help. Those who can take risks should come forward, and those who can't, please support those who can.''
In addition, House of Councilors member Satoshi Hamada, who took the stage on behalf of the guests, said, ``There are still many things we don't know about (the Family Federation).
