CENTRAL DISTRICT :
You are invited to join us for the Family BBQ/ YAKINIKU
Date : Aug.28,2022 (Sunday) 11:00AM - 4:00PM
Venue : Suzuka Youth Center BBQ area
Dress Code : Tropical Designed Clothes
Assembly time will be from 11am~4 pm but if you could come earlier much better. According to the the Seishunen Management, This day is scheduled to have an F1 race,we might had difficulties in finding the nearest Car Parking, if we go early we can park to the nearest area. In case parking nearby is difficult, we are advised to park on the main roadside parking lot nearest to the Shell Gasoline stand.
Please report to your group leaders on names of the family members who are coming with you because we are asked to fill up the firm and submit all the names and address for Covid protocol purposes on or before the scheduled date.
Please bring your own Charcoal, Barbecue menu(meat, fish and vegetables, etc). For those who wants Yakeniku, kindly bring your own Yakeniku plate. BBQ screen -mesh (length of one side is 45cm to 50cm) , garbage platic
Exchange gift for couple （minimum of 1,500Yen)
No need to bring tables/chairs/casette stove/ desk
EAST DISTRICT :
Area 3 (Kanagawa/Yamato Group) will be holding a special Blessing Anniversary celebration, but to those who can access comfortably to the venue are also welcome.
Date : Aug.28, 2022 ( Sunday) 9:00AM-5:00PM ( Family bonding starts from 9AM for preparation and some activities. Main program starts from 1:00PM
Venue : Sagamihara-shi Sobudai Church
Nearest Tain Station : 2-3min walk from Sobudae-Mae
Registration Fee : 1,000Yen/Family ( 500Yen for single participation)
