Most High and Noble Heavenly Parent,

How difficult and lonely Your journey to find Your lost children has been!

As we stand here today on Mount Balwang, we deeply reflect on the words You have said countless times: Seek and find. Your sons, Your children have come here today to Monapark at Mount Balwang to dedicate to You these substantial works of creation that record Your imprint—which You prepared for this one day. Up until the dawning of this day of joy and gratitude, how very hard You worked to fulfill Your great and beautiful dream for the realization of the ideal of Your creation!

It took 4,000 painful years of restoration through indemnity before You could find and establish Jesus Christ, 2,000 years ago. Although You sent Your only begotten Son who could once more bring hope, Your Will could not be achieved. Today we are aware of what you felt in Your heart, Heavenly Parent, as You watched Your son dying on the cross.

Heavenly Parent,

Within the Christian sphere, which is waiting for the promised return of the Messiah, people say they uphold Your Will, but they have made many incomprehensible mistakes without being aware of Your deep circumstances and situation. Since the beginning and end of Your creation are to bear fruit together, and You dreamed of living with Your children in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, You sent Your only begotten daughter after 2,000 years. How impatiently You have waited for the course of True Parents’ providence to unfold!

Finally, a new providential era began: the Foundation Day of Cheon Il Guk was proclaimed, and the firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk reached the continental level.

By now providing this people an opportunity to fully express their filial piety and loyalty, let the people living in ignorance understand through this natural beauty how much You have longed for Your children, and how hard You have sought to find them. We once again render our thanks and glory before Heaven through the natural beauty of Monapark.

Let all those with painful stories and afflicted by sin come here, amid this natural beauty that God has been waiting to reveal, and has shown to us here today, and learn how to attend God and unite with Heaven’s providence.

As this natural beauty expresses, let true families, Cheonbo couples and citizens of Cheon Il Guk born through the unchanging True Parents, as well as all citizens of this world, experience Your deep love from this one place and realize that when individuals, families and nations attend Heaven, no matter what adversity may come, You will always be with them—just as You have shown us through the natural wonder of this beautiful garden. And, in particular, through this thousand-year-old yew tree path, may people receive many realizations, receive education, and come to live beautiful lives through practicing what they learn. May this be a day when we can fully appreciate what glory this beautiful thousand-year-old yew tree grove represents to You and what a great blessing it is for humankind. In gratitude, I proclaim and dedicate this to You.
