What to bring :

Exchange Gift ( worth 1,000-1,500 Yen for adult, 1,000Yen for children

Food (Each group bring 1-2 viand each to be refunded . Please connect with your Filjap area leaders. We have opportunity to cook at the venue ) . Potluck for non-filjap members.

Christmas Decors : bring some ornaments if you can and we create Christmas atmosphere together at the venue; Dress Code: Red and Green

Program :

Decoration time and cooking ( chika-chikahan bonding while cooking) in the morning, christmas lunch , special program, games, party, karaoke kantahan

Guidance to observe at the venue:

➀Please refrain from visiting if you are not feeling well.

➁ Please fill out your name, phone number on the report paper.

➂Please limit the number of people in the venue to 50 to 60 people.

(It doesn't matter if it's 110 people, 50 people in the morning, or 60 people in the afternoon. Please refrain from gathering 100 people at the same time.)

④ Please consider proper ventilation.

⑤ You can make use of the provided equipment such as a rice cooker and a microwave oven.

Prohibition of equipment with large electric capacity.

⑥This is not a gymnasium, so please refrain from running, jumping, or shouting into the microphone.

⑦ 1 refrigerator 1, 4 rice cooker , 4 microwave , 4 pot , 4 cooking table , 1 sound system, 1 TV and various tableware available. Please use the power supply from the dedicated place for the rice cooker and microwave oven.

⑧ Please be careful not to forget anything. In particular,those left in the refrigerator.

⑨Please take your trash home with you.

⑩Please cooperate so that the next person can use the venue cleanly.
